Brian Sewell and the Evening Standard

The Evening Standard is known for being right-wing, which means therefore, that Brian Sewell's readers are generally well suited to his opinions.

I would just like to thank you for your criticism of DHockney's RA cartoon, The Arrival of Spring in East Woldgate, East Yorkshire. At the start of a new year once again one wonders through the unchanging challenge of modernity whether the subject of art may redescribe life with a character of their own hand has vanquished or not.
